I am the Dean of the School of Business and Technology here at Excelsior College. Having gotten that out of the way, let’s get to the fun part “about the author”. I am a native upstate New Yorker which means I must love the snow…NOT. But I can’t imagine not having the four distinct seasons…and summer is my favorite…probably because the roads are dry and I can get out there. Yes, I love automobiles…it probably started with that Corvette pedal car I had as a kid. When not enjoying the open road, I like to read…especially historical novels. Bernard Cornwell is one of my favorite authors. Traveling is one more thing that I really enjoy. There is a big world out there, full of interesting people and unbelievably beautiful places to experience. I have been lucky enough to have lots of opportunities to travel through my work, much of it in conjunction with the  nuclear industry and training where I have spent much of my career. I plan to be blogging to you from a variety of locations and now that you know a little about me…I hope you’ll get out there to share some of the interesting experiences you have had in your work and travels.
